CAVOK Brewing Co., (pronounced Cav-Oh-Kay, which is an aviation acronym meaning Ceiling And Visibility are OK) is based in Dieppe, NB and was founded in May of 2016 by two air traffic controllers and friends, Serge Nadeau and Serge Basque.
They are committed to supporting local as much as possible - they work with local farmers to acquire ingredients, and with local businesses to supply their CAVOK swag, snacks, and marketing strategies.
CAVOK produces various specialized and seasonal beers that are distributed throughout New Brunswick. Grab a pretzel and enjoy their selection of beers as well as other local craft beers, and with more than 20 options on tap you'll have plenty to choose from. Once you've found your favourite, fill a growler or buy some cans to take with you on your way out.
