One of New Brunswick’s smallest distilleries, Seize The Day not only has the kind owners and personal experience you’d expect but it also has a great selection of creative flavours. With it being so small you get to see it all when picking up bottles. When the pandemic hit, Seize The Day stepped up and turned into a 24/7 Sanitizer producing operation, distilling was put on hold as they produced sanitizer for New Brunswick firefighters and other front-line workers. Their determination never left as they pivoted back to producing their must-try moonshine. One of these unique moonshines is 23 Mill, a creamy chocolate chai blend that will expand your expectations of what a moonshine can be.
Not looking for something so strong? They also offer drinks at a similar strength to wine, with flavours just as exciting as their moonshine.
